Q+A With..

I'm back this week with the "Q+A With" series, and am delighted to introduce you to the lovely Marketa from her self-titled blog, Marketa Krivy. A great graphic designer, mom, and photographer, Marketa has an awesome blog that was recently re-designed by The Veda House and coded by Breanna Rose. Marketa has a great eye for art, not to mention her own little work of art at home in the form of her gorgeous daughter. She's also a talented art director, and isn't this lady just gorgeous too? I love how well traveled Marketa is, and I hope you enjoy learning more about where she's been and what she likes below too.

My favorite reads are: I'm kind of a magazine girl. I subscribe to Fast Company & Harper's and I love the UK edition of Vogue and Elle. In terms of blogs, I follow swissmiss, Gawker, The Selby & Design Sponge.

Favorite place to travel to: The last trip we took before Kaja (pronounced Kaya) was born was to Costa Rica. We fell completely in love. It's an absolutely stunning country and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The best hotel I ever stayed at was: I've had the fortune of staying in some pretty amazing hotels but the top of my list is the Saint Germain in Montreal, The Soho Grand in NYC, and Hotel Cram in Barcelona.

My favorite food is: Pizza! My favourite is the C't Mang at Terroni - mozzarella, gorgonzola, fresh pears, walnuts, speck (smoked prosciutto) and honey. Absolutely delicious!

Restaurant where I’m a regular: Terroni. The best Italian food and atmosphere, hands down. Before the baby, I ate there at least 3 times a week.
