Happy Friday, all! I'm so glad it's the end of the week. It's been a long one, and I'm looking forward to relaxing this weekend. Aside from working quite a bit this week, I used pounds of CSA tomatoes to make this amazing sauce, and I also saw ZZ Ward put on an amazing show near my apartment. I also finally tried Angelica Kitchen, a delicious vegetarian restaurant in my new neighborhood, after walking by curiously many times.
